Track Your VA Mail Order Prescriptions Online

Most of the prescriptions you get from the VA can be sent to you by the VA Mail Order Pharmacy so you don't have to go pick them up yourself. Now there is a "Track Delivery" feature  to let you see when your VA prescriptions were shipped. It also shows which Service (UPS, US Postal Service, etc.) handling your VA prescription.

By using Track Delivery, you can track anything sent from the VA Mail Order Pharmacy, such as:

• VA medicine that was refilled or renewed 
• Wound care supplies 
• Diabetic supplies 
• Other products/supplies processed by the VA Mail Order Pharmacy. 

Some medicine requiring close patient follow-up are not sent through the VA Mail Order Pharmacy and so can not be tracked, but most can.
